Technical Training Manager

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing after-sales technical training programs to ensure the technical competency of dealer networks and third-party partners in line with VinFast’s global standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop training strategies, roadmaps, and annual training plans for after-sales technical functions in alignment with VinFast’s product portfolio and market expansion.Develop, localize, and continuously improve technical training content; ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all training materials across markets.Deliver technical knowledge transfer programs through online and/or in-person training sessions for dealers and third-party partners.Build, develop, and manage internal technical trainers, including classroom observation, competency assessment, and periodic teaching qualification reviews.Organize technical assessments, skill competitions, and certification programs; manage the issuance and governance of technical certifications.Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness through trainee feedback, competency assessments, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with After Sales, Technical, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, or related fields).Proven experience in technical training management, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or after-sales service environments.Strong knowledge of training frameworks, competency assessment, and technical certification systems.Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work effectively with dealer networks and external partners.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Willingness to travel as required.Why Join VinFastWork in a fast-growing, high-tech, global automotive environment.Play a key role in building a world-class after-sales technical training system for an international EV brand.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.Career development opportunities with exposure to international teams and experts.
