Technical Translator / Interpreter (Russian & English)

We are looking for a Technical Translator / Interpreter (Russian English) to join a growing company operating in the oil & gas and industrial equipment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate Russian - English and English Russian translation and interpretation for technical, operational, and business matters.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate technical, operational, and business documents, correspondence, reports, manuals, specifications, and contracts.Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings, calls, and negotiations.Work confidently with technical terminology and documentation.Communicate effectively with engineers, technical staff, management, suppliers, and contractors.Maintain consistency in technical terminology and translations.Ensure confidentiality of company information and documentation.Support management and relevant departments with translation and interpretation as required.Develop and maintain a technical glossary of company-specific terminology.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Linguistics, Translation, English, or a technical field.Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical translation and/or interpreting.Native or fluent Russian and advanced/fluent English, including technical English.Strong knowledge of technical terminology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Experience with engineering, oil & gas, maritime, industrial, logistics, shipping, or similar technical documentation is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Responsible, discreet, proactive, and professional approach.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with PDF and technical documentation.Working ConditionsSalary: AED 10,000 per monthBenefits and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.To ApplyWhatsApp: 0544300204, email: info@flywedd.com.
