Location: NYC, NYRequired Skills: Author, review, and update policies and procedures for the following desks:RepoCollateral ManagementAsset-Backed Securities (ABS)Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS)Partner with desk leads and operations teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects current workflows and regulatory requirementsSupport potential expansion of documentation scope into FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) and DerivativesQualificationsDemonstrated experience in policy and procedure writing, ideally within financial services or capital marketsWorking knowledge of SEC lending, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and/or repo and collateral management operationsStrong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial processes into clear, structured documentationOperational understanding of capital markets products preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environmentCollege degree in related field
