Apply & track with Apply EdgeSoftek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI-enabled analytics, cloud data engineering, and secure application development on CISA's AWS and Databricks platforms in support of the agency's critical-infrastructure risk mission. Work is Agile, with results demonstrated to Government stakeholders every sprint. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain operating procedures, user and analyst guides, runbooks, knowledge articles, and glossaries for cloud data and analytics tools.Convert technical designs into clear operating-model descriptions, workflow diagrams, and role definitions.Produce Section 508-conformant documents, presentations, and web content.Develop role-based training materials and support virtual training sessions.Required QualificationsThree or more years of technical writing for IT or data programs.Excellent plain-language writing and editing; experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements.Comfortable working with engineers and Government users to turn complex topics into usable documentation.Preferred QualificationsExperience documenting cloud, data, or AI/ML systems.Prior federal experience.About SoftekSoftek is a DHS prime contractor delivering program management, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and cloud and data engineering services to federal agencies.
