Technical Documentation Manager (AWS & CASH Platform)Work Location: Chennai/ WFOOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager to lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation for our AWS and CASH Platform team. This role is critical in ensuring that all technical processes, systems, and workflows are clearly documented, up to date, and easily accessible.The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with strong English proficiency and a solid understanding of AWS environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage all technical documentation for the AWS and CASH Platform teamCreate clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation (architecture, SOPs, runbooks, APIs, onboarding materials)Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholdersEnsure documentation is accurate and up to dateEstablish documentation standards and templatesMaintain documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Git)Review and improve content qualitySupport compliance and audit requirementsIdentify and fill documentation gapsRequired QualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience writing and managing technical documentationStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic to intermediate AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC)Ability to simplify complex technical informationExperience working with technical teamsFamiliarity with documentation toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS environmentsKnowledge of DevOps or software developmentExperience documenting enterprise or internal platformsFamiliarity with Git or API documentation toolsAgile/Scrum experienceSkills & CompetenciesExcellent writing, editing, and proofreadingStrong communication and collaborationSelf-motivated and independentHighly organizedProblem-solving mindsetinterested candidates please share your profile to hemamalini.dhanasekaran@cbts.com
