The Technical Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and labs across technology-focused programs, ensuring that learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Responsibilities include developing and updating course content, preparing training materials, and using a variety of teaching methods (including demonstrations and simulations) to support different learning styles. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training documentation and reports. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with academic and product teams to align curriculum with industry requirements and may support curriculum enhancement, learner mentoring, and faculty development initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong technical training and facilitation skills, including experience delivering classroom or lab-based sessions and using modern training tools.Candidates should possess curriculum design and content development skills, with the ability to structure modules, create learning outcomes, and develop hands-on exercises or projects.Candidates should possess assessment and feedback skills, including designing evaluations, tracking learner performance, and providing clear, actionable guidance.Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and engage diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches, schedules, and training deliverables efficiently.Relevant technical expertise in domains such as software development, data, cloud, or related areas, along with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, will be beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Prior experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty member in higher education or professional education is an advantage.
