WE’RE HIRING: Engineering Technicians – Electronics (2 Openings!)We are seeking skilled Engineering Technicians for 12-month Temp-to-Hire positions in Los Angeles, CA (90024)!Location: Los Angeles, CA (100% Onsite)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDuration: 12 Months (Temp-to-Hire)Key Requirement for Both RolesMust have hands-on PCB soldering experience and be interested in obtaining an IPC certification in the near future.Open Positions:1. Engineering Technician – Electronics (Soldering Specialist)Focus: Fine-pitch SMT rework (down to 0201), PCB modifications, trace cuts, jumper wires, and prototype wire harness assembly.Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on PCB soldering experience using microscopes and lead-free processes in an R&D/engineering lab environment.2. Engineering Technician – Electronics (Testing & Validation)Focus: RF/digital testing, environmental qualification (thermal, vibration, shock), component-level troubleshooting, and NPI support.Requirements: 5+ years experience (or 3+ years w/ Associate Degree / Military training) operating test gear (oscilloscopes, DMMs) and interpreting schematics.
