The Technician will install, adjust, and maintain window blinds and curtains at client locations, ensuring correct measurements, alignment, and smooth operation of all products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, preparing hardware and materials, and performing safe, high-quality installations. The role also involves diagnosing and fixing issues, carrying out repairs or replacements, and ensuring each project meets company standards for quality and safety. The Technician will interact with clients on-site, explain product use and basic maintenance, and support the team with inventory handling and workshop preparation when needed.Qualifications Strong technical and mechanical aptitude for measuring, fitting, and installing blinds, curtains, and related window treatment hardware.Practical skills in using hand and power tools safely, reading measurements and layouts, and working from technical instructions or drawings.Attention to detail and quality, including precise finishing, neat installation, and adherence to safety procedures and company standards.Customer-service skills to communicate clearly with clients, understand site requirements, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.Previous experience in blinds, curtains, carpentry, interior fit-out, or a related technical field is an advantage.Basic proficiency in English for communication; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is beneficial.Valid eligibility to work in the UAE; driver’s license is preferred for site travel.
