Technician

Role Description: The Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Tasks include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The Technician collaborates with property management, manages service requests, maintains documentation, and supports vendors. The role focuses on improving building performance and resident satisfaction.Qualifications:- Proficient in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.- Knowledgeable about safety protocols, local building regulations, and Dubai standards.- Capable of reading manuals, schedules, plans, and using tools safely.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Well-organized, able to manage multiple requests and keep records.- High school diploma required; technical training in MEP, HVAC, or related fields preferred.- Experience in building or community upkeep, particularly in residential or mixed-use properties.- Willing to work on-site, including evenings, weekends, or during emergencies.
