Company Description AL Nasiriyah Technical Services LLC (ANTS) is a Dubai-based, SIRA-approved ELV and security systems integrator established in 2009. The company delivers end-to-end smart surveillance, security, and low-current system solutions across the UAE. Services include CCTV and video surveillance, access control, intrusion and alarm systems, intercom and AV systems, smart classroom technologies, vape detection, structured cabling, BMS, and integrated building technologies. ANTS also provides Annual Maintenance Contracts with preventive maintenance and responsive technical support. The organization serves education, commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors, offering reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions tailored to diverse operational needs.Role Description The Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Technician will install, configure, test, and maintain ELV and security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, intercom, AV systems, and structured cabling. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting faults, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting Annual Maintenance Contracts in line with company standards and SIRA requirements. The Technician will collaborate with engineers and project teams to execute site installations, ensure proper documentation, and provide clear updates on work progress. The role also involves responding to service calls, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines, and delivering professional customer service at client sites.Qualifications Strong hands-on skills in installing and maintaining ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, intercom, AV, and structured cabling.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts, with basic knowledge of BMS and integrated building technologies.Competence in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of hardware and network-related issues for low-current systems.Understanding of relevant safety, regulatory, and SIRA compliance standards for security and surveillance installations.Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and interact professionally with clients and team members.Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic field environment.Previous experience as an ELV or security systems technician, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.Technical diploma or certificate in electrical, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
