Technician (Dammam)

Job PurposeTo perform vehicle inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair activities in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures, ensuring vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairsInspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults and maintenance requirementsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipmentCarry out repairs and replacement of defective mechanical componentsPerform oil changes, brake servicing, suspension repairs, cooling system maintenance, and other general mechanical workFollow manufacturer repair procedures, technical specifications, and dealership standardsUse workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and correctlyConduct vehicle inspections before and after repairs to ensure the work has been completed properlyMaintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performedCommunicate identified vehicle issues and additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor or Workshop SupervisorEnsure all work is completed within the assigned time and productivity standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComply with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirementsRequirementsQualificationsDiploma or technical certificate in Automotive Technology, Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably within an automotive dealership or authorized service centerBasic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and automotive diagnostics
