We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Printer Technician and contribute to our commitment to providing top-notch printing solutions to our clients (Not for operators or Designers)ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment.Diagnose hardware and software issues with printers and laser machines.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of printers.Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs when necessary.Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff.Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks.Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and complianceAbility to work as part of a team with flexibilityStay updated on new technologies & industry trends.Requirements1+ years of technical support experienceCustomer service-orientedStrong written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
