The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining all the Kitchen equipment as instructed by the Supervisor while adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures.About YouTechnical Degree or equivalent certificate, apprenticeship, or experience on the jobMinimum of 2 years of work experience in the hotel industryTechnical know-how and basic knowledge about the operation and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipmentKnows the safety operation of different types of kitchen equipmentHas basic knowledge of Freon handling, brazing, and handling of gas cylindersAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e. Lockout Tag out, JSA’s), safety awareness information, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to speak effectively with colleagues and guestsShape Your Career with Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar HospitalityAt Yas Plaza Hotels, every team member plays a crucial role in orchestrating an unparalleled guest experience.
