Team members join a professional workshop environment that values quality, reliability, and customer trust.Role Description The Technician Sports Cars role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing sports cars, with a focus on accident damage, bodywork, and paint preparation and finishing. Day-to-day tasks include performing mechanical and electrical checks, aligning and repairing chassis and body panels, preparing surfaces for painting, and applying paint and coatings according to manufacturer specifications. The role also involves conducting quality control checks, documenting work performed, following safety and workshop procedures, and coordinating with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers. The technician is expected to maintain tools and equipment, keep the work area organized, and actively support continuous improvement in repair processes.Qualifications Strong technical skills in sports car diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.Proficiency in bodywork techniques such as panel repair, alignment, and preparation for painting.Experience with automotive paint processes, including surface preparation, color matching, and finishing.Ability to read and follow technical manuals, repair instructions, and manufacturer specifications.Attention to detail, commitment to safety standards, and consistent quality in all repair work.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service advisors and workshop team members.Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in automotive technology or related field.Previous experience working with sports cars or premium automotive brands is highly beneficial.Willingness to work on-site full time in Riyadh and comply with company policies and procedures.
