Team members work closely with manufacturing and engineering partners to deliver customized tooling solutions that improve productivity and performance.- Techno-Commercial ExecutiveRole SummaryResponsible for technical-commercial sourcing, local/import procurement, trading products, vendor development, negotiation, landed-cost optimization, job-work sourcing, and supply-chain coordination.Key Responsibilities·      Source local & imported cutting tools, trading products, components, consumables, and services.·      Develop new local / overseas suppliers and alternate sources.·      Handle RFQs, technical-commercial comparisons, and supplier finalization.·      Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, freight, Incoterms, and delivery.·      Prepare landed-cost analysis and compare import vs local sourcing.·      Drive cost reduction, localization, import substitution, and supplier consolidation.·      Handle commercial activities for job-work / outsourcing vendors.·      Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance, and Logistics.·      Support material planning based on demand, stock, open POs, and lead times.·      Monitor supplier cost, quality, delivery, and performance.·      Support strategic / technical P2P activities and procurement MIS.Key SkillsTechnical sourcing | Negotiation | Vendor development | Imports | Incoterms | Landed costing | Cost analysis | Supply chain | ERP | ExcelKey KPIsCost savings | Supplier OTD | Alternate sourcing | Localization | Trading-product availability | Lead-time reduction | Job-work performance
