Job Title: Techno-Commercial Project Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDuration: 6+ Months10–15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and project management, preferably involving IWMS, CAFM, CMMS, ERP, or real estate management platforms.Proven experience in IBM TRIRIGA implementation is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of real estate, facilities, workplace, space, lease, and asset management processes.Demonstrated techno-commercial capabilities, including project financials, contract management, and scope control.Experience managing large-scale projects and senior stakeholders, preferably within Saudi government or public-sector environments.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2; IBM TRIRIGA training or certification is an advantage.Interested candidates send me your CV with below details.Expected salary:Notice Period:Current Location:Citizen / Visa Status / Work Permit:
