Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)

Job Summary:We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with experience in General Insurance applications. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and working closely with development teams to deliver effective insurance solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, QA teams, and vendors while supporting digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Conduct requirement workshops and perform gap analysis.Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors.Support solution design, configuration, testing, and UAT activities.Coordinate system integrations and ensure successful solution delivery.Technical Skills:Requirements analysis and documentation.Understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON, and system integrations.SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Qualifications & Soft Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst, including at least 2 years in the General Insurance domain.Experience in insurance products such as Motor, Travel, Home and related lines.Hands-on experience with Innoveo Skye or any low-code/no-code platform is a strong advantage.
