Location: BengaluruMode- 5 days officeBudget- 15 to 18lpaWe are seeking a high-caliber Techno-Functional Business Solution Analyst (BSA) with 5 to 7 years of experience to join the Hendrix Commerce Application Development Team.In this techno-functional role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, UI/Java web development, and quality engineering.

You will be responsible for translating complex commerce business requirements into robust technical solution designs, shaping web application architecture, defining testable acceptance criteria, and driving Agile delivery processes as a functional leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of commerce web solutions- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, objectives, and constraints.- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions, tools, and platforms to meet business needs and requirements.- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.- Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technical solutions.- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to technical solution implementation.- Develop and maintain documentation related to technical solution designs, configurations, and integrations.- Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful solution delivery.- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to business analysis and technical solution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.- Strong understanding of commerce business processes, distributed systems, and methodologies.- Solid technical background with proficiency in web based software development, database management, and systems integration in distributed architecture.- Experience with analyzing and documenting technical requirements and specifications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technical certifications is a plus
