Techno-Functional Consultant (Moody's Risk Authority)

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Moody's Risk Authority (RAY) and Basel Capital implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking risk solutions, regulatory reporting, liquidity risk, ALM, IRRBB, FTP, and end-to-end implementation of Moody's Analytics products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Moody's Risk Authority (RAY) solutions across banking clientsGather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designsConfigure and implement Basel Capital, Liquidity Risk, ALM, IRRBB, FTP, and Regulatory Reporting solutionsPerform data mapping, ETL design, data transformation, and system configurationWork closely with business, risk, finance, and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleConfigure behavioral models, forecasting assumptions, and regulatory calculationsSupport SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activitiesPrepare functional specifications, test cases, user manuals, and implementation documentationDeliver product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessionsTroubleshoot implementation issues and provide production supportRequirements8+ years of experience in Banking Risk Management solutionsHands-on implementation experience with Moody's Analytics productsStrong experience in Moody's Risk Authority (RAY)Experience implementing Basel Capital solutionsStrong knowledge of:Liquidity Risk ManagementAsset Liability Management (ALM)Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB)Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)Regulatory ReportingStress TestingExperience in data mapping, ETL, data modelling, and solution configurationExperience managing complete implementation lifecycle including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Production SupportStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsPreferred SkillsMoody's Risk Confidence (RCO) CertificationMoody's Risk Authority (RAY) CertificationExperience working with global banking clientsKnowledge of SQL and banking data modelsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsRequired Experience8-12+ years of overall experienceMinimum 5 years of Moody's implementation experienceStrong experience in Basel Capital implementation is mandatory
