System Implementation & ConfigurationLead end-to-end implementation of HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Mgmt, Talent Mgmt.) modules in Oracle Fusion/SAP/Workday.Configure fast formulas, business rules, workflows, and approval hierarchies aligned to policies.Design interfaces between HCM and third-party systems.2. Business Process AlignmentConduct gap analysis between system functionality and business requirements.Translate HR operational needs into technical specifications (e.g., accruals, multi-country payroll).Advise best practices for period close, reporting, and compliance.3. Customization & IntegrationDevelop extensions, custom reports, and dashboards (OTBI, BI Publisher).Manage data conversions/migrations (legacy to new systems).Troubleshoot integration issues with timekeeping, ERP, or benefits platforms.4. User Support & TrainingResolve L3 functional/technical issues (e.g., payroll calculation errors).Train super users on system features and self-service portals.Maintain configuration workbooks and process documentation.5. Compliance & TestingEnsure systems adhere to SOX, GAAP, and local labor laws.Lead UAT, regression testing, and security role validations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Project delivery: 100% requirements met per signed-off blueprint.Issue resolution: 90% of critical tickets closed within SLA.User adoption: ≥85% satisfaction in post-go-live surveys.Audit compliance: Zero findings in financial/HR system audits.Collaboration:Finance Teams: AccountingHR Teams: Payroll, Compensation, TalentIT Teams: Security, Infrastructure, IntegrationTechnical Environment:ERP: Oracle Fusion HCM/WorkdayTools: SQL, FBDI, HDL, VBCS, HCM Extract, REST/SOAP APIsReporting: OTBI, Smart View, PowerBIQualifications & Skills:8+ years in HCM systems (implementation/support).Certifications: Oracle/Workday Certifications.Domain expertise: Multi-country payroll, ASC 606, W-2/1099 processing.
