Techno Functional - Project manager

As a growing technology and consulting firm, RESON offers professionals the opportunity to work with modern tools, diverse clients, and dynamic projects in a collaborative environment.Role Description The Techno Functional Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation projects on the Odoo platform. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to configure, customize, and deploy solutions. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day activities include leading project meetings, tracking progress, addressing issues, conducting system testing and user training, and supporting post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in project leadership and coordination, including Project Management and Expediting.Candidates should possess skills related to supply chain and operations, including Expeditor and Logistics Management.Candidates should possess skills in quality and compliance oversight, including Inspection.Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Odoo, and strong techno-functional understanding of business processes (finance, sales, inventory, procurement, etc.).Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into system configurations.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.Kindly send your CV to hr@reson.ae make sure to add at subject the position title
