Technology & Staff Development Specialist - Law Firm

Our client, a mid-sized progressive law firm, is seeking a Technology & Staff Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of technology support, training, and/or staff development experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.The Specialist will conduct individual and group technology training, lead new hire technology onboarding, develop and maintain training materials, and manage the firm’s Learning Management System. The role will also collaborate with the IT department on software updates, new applications, AI tools and technology adoption, work with outside training consultants, and assist the Chief Administrative Officer with selected onboarding and staff development initiatives.Candidates should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, document management systems, billing platforms, and other commonly used professional services technology. Candidates should also be AI literate, with a practical understanding of AI tools and their effective and appropriate use in a professional services environment. Familiarity with specific law firm applications is preferred but not required, as training will be provided on firm specific systems.The successful candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for attorneys and staff. Compensation includes $80K to $100K++. The position is bonus eligible and is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
