Bioeksen exports its products to more than 85 countries worldwide.At Bioeksen AR GE Teknolojileri, driven by our vision of making molecular diagnostic solutions accessible to everyone, we are looking for a Technology, Data & Digital Transformation Lead who will take a holistic approach to technology, data, and digital transformation and translate business strategy into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.What You’ll DoTechnology & Digital TransformationLead the development and execution of the technology, data, and digital transformation roadmap in line with business strategy and organizational needs,Partner with process owners to identify digitalization, automation, and process improvement opportunities; drive the standardization, consolidation, digitalization, and, where appropriate, automation of manual and recurring processes,Manage IT, data, and digital transformation initiatives through an integrated portfolio approach, prioritizing them based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements, cost, and operational impact,Evaluate new software, platforms, licenses, and technology investments based on business requirements, integration capabilities, scalability, security, total cost of ownership, and return on investment,Assess the enterprise use cases and potential business value of technologies such as AI, Generative AI, RPA, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code solutions.IT, Data & Analytics LeadershipDefine objectives, priorities, and performance expectations for IT and BI/Data teams; provide direction and oversee critical projects, risks, and actions,Ensure technology and data requirements from senior management are addressed effectively in coordination with the relevant teams,Lead the development of corporate KPI, dashboard, and management reporting frameworks; ensure BI/Data outputs are aligned with management needs and business objectives,Improve data quality and integrity by reducing duplication and inconsistencies across systems, while strengthening data governance, data ownership, and a reliable “single source of truth” approach.IT Governance, Cybersecurity & RiskCoordinate the development of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to standardize the use of technology across the organization,Oversee priorities, critical actions, and initiatives related to IT operations and cybersecurity,Coordinate actions related to cybersecurity, KVKK/GDPR, access management, backup, logging, business continuity, and data security; ensure necessary technology transformations and investments are planned in line with applicable regulatory and standards requirements,Provide management with clear visibility into technology, data, cybersecurity, and vendor-related risks; support the integration of authorization, segregation of duties, auditability, and access control principles into organizational structures and processes.Vendor & Technology ManagementEstablish structures that ensure knowledge, capabilities, and process ownership remain within the organization when working with external service providers,Where required, coordinate PoCs, technical specifications, RFP/RFQ, and vendor evaluation processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field,At least 10 years of professional experience across IT, technology, data, and/or digital transformation,At least 5 years of experience in people management, functional leadership, and/or leading large-scale technology and transformation initiatives,Experience across different technology disciplines such as IT operations, digital transformation, data & analytics, enterprise applications, and systems integration, with the ability to manage these areas from a holistic perspective,Experience managing organization-wide digital transformation and process improvement initiatives,Ability to assess technology, data, and business processes together and translate business needs into practical and sustainable technology solutions,Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around common objectives, with proven prioritization and change management capabilities,Strong communication skills at senior management level, with the ability to communicate technical topics in terms of business value, risk, cost, and opportunity,Advanced proficiency in English.Technical PerspectiveA broad technical perspective across the technology and data domains relevant to the role, with the ability to guide internal teams and external service providers, evaluate technical approaches, and connect different technology disciplines:IT Architecture & Infrastructure: On-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments; Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, backup, and access management,Data Architecture, Integration & Governance: SQL, relational databases, data modeling, data warehouses/data marts, semantic models, ETL/ELT, APIs, middleware, MDM, metadata, data lineage, data ownership, and data classification,Enterprise Applications & BI: ERP, CRM, HR, finance, manufacturing, and quality systems;
