You will lead the delivery of technology-enabled business transformation projects. You'll be accountable for turning business priorities into successfully delivered change across systems, integrations, automation, data and processes.This role focuses on transformation and project-delivery. You'll be responsible for the reliability, security, and resilience of internal IT services. You'll coordinate the technology delivery needed to implement business outcomes and ultimately enable business growth.Technology Delivery and Transformation Manager - Responsibilities Lead and deliver internal technology-enabled transformation and business process change projectsManage multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure priorities, scope, resources and delivery expectations remain visible to stakeholdersCoordinate the delivery and evolution of internal business systems such as CRM, finance, HR, telephony, reporting and other enterprise platformsEnsure new systems and changes consider integration, data flow, security, resilience, supportability and operational ownership before implementationOwn delivery of cross-system integration and automation initiatives, ensuring dependencies between systems and teams are understood and managed.Oversee the implementation and improvement of APIs, integrations, workflow automation and data flows required to support business transformation.Hold overall responsibility for internal IT function, ensuring infrastructure, end-user technology, support services and operational capabilities remain reliable, secure, resilient and aligned with business needsTechnology Delivery and Transformation Manager - Requirements Experience leading and delivering multiple concurrent technology-enabled business transformation, systems implementation or process-change projects (ideally in a fast-paced growing company)Prince 2 qualificationExperience delivering changes involving enterprise business systems, integrations, automation or data flowsIT operational knowledge (i.e. built career from IT Support or other hands on IT/Tech roles) Strong technical understanding of enterprise business systems (CRM, Telephony, etc.) and working knowledge of API integrations, automation, and system-to-system data flowsConfident engaging communication - able to influence across functions and deliver status updatesDelivery-focused mindset with bias towards achieving business outcomesComfortable challenging unclear requirements and committed to continuous improvementExperience operating in an organisation where the role needs to combine strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and problem solvingFor more information, please contact Katie at Matched Group
