With international market penetration and bold aspirations, Zenith is scaling its innovation capacity to meet tomorrow’s challenges.The OpportunityZenith Technologies is seeking a highly capable Technology Development Lead to take full ownership of advanced technology execution across its platform and product ecosystem.This is a senior technical leadership role reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO, responsible for aligning development with strategic direction, leading engineering capability, and delivering structured, high-quality outcomes.The role requires a disciplined, hands-on operator who can translate executive vision into clear engineering plans and deliver within a high-accountability environment.Key Areas of Responsibility Include:• Aligning all development activity with CEO strategic direction• Leading and assessing engineering teams and technical resources• Establishing strong development standards, structure, and discipline• Stabilising and advancing existing platforms and systems• Driving development of next-generation AI and operational technologies• Maintaining structured reporting, timelines, and performance accountabilityAI-Native Capability (Critical Requirement):The successful candidate must demonstrate strong, current, hands-on capability in AI-native development.This includes:• Leveraging AI coding tools and AI coding agents• Applying AI across development workflows (build, test, debug, documentation)• Using AI to accelerate delivery speed and reduce engineering cost• Maintaining full control, security, and engineering disciplineThis is a core requirement and not optional.Candidate Profile:• 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles• Strong experience in AI/ML systems and integrated platforms• Background in security, surveillance, defense, or similar environments preferred• Proven ability to lead small, high-performance teams• Highly structured, accountable, and execution-focusedThis is not a conventional role.
