Technology Lead

Job Objective:Analyze, develop, and manage the company’s technical and business systems, connecting departmental needs with suitable technology solutions. The role focuses on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms, serving as a link between business and technical teams to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s systems as a System Administrator, including users, permissions, configurations, and technical support.- Analyze departmental needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.- Manage and develop ERP systems and monitor their integration with other systems.- Implement and manage Odoo, including Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources modules.- Manage and develop the Magento platform and integrate it with company systems, payment gateways, and shipping providers.- Operate and improve E-commerce platforms, including user experience, orders, inventory, payments, and delivery.- Work as a Product Owner by defining priorities, managing the product backlog, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and reducing manual work.- Prepare process maps and maintain system, procedure, and business requirements documentation.- Coordinate with developers and service providers to implement system changes and integrations.- Analyze system incidents and technical problems, identify root causes, and follow up on resolutions.- Participate in system and update testing and conduct UAT before launch.- Monitor APIs, databases, and data flows across ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms.- Prepare reports and dashboards related to system performance, sales, and operations.- Train users, provide guidance and support, and monitor system adoption.- Maintain system security, data integrity, backups, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Practical experience working as a System Administrator.- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.- Experience with Magento and E-commerce platforms.- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.- Good knowledge of databases, SQL, and APIs.- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.Skills and Competencies:- Systems and business process analysis.- ERP and Odoo management.- Magento and E-commerce management.- Product Ownership and prioritization.- User, permissions, and systems administration.- Root-cause analysis and problem-solving.- System testing and acceptance criteria development.- Requirements and process documentation.- Communication with departments, developers, and vendors.- Time and priority management.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Teamwork and problem-solving.- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
