Job Title: Technology LeaderRole: PermanentLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJob Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and execution focussed Leader for Technology to lead both run the business and change the business initiatives through effective use to installed technology stack and its modernization. The tasks can be further clarified as (a) keep the lights on for existing stack like Salesforce, SAP, Payroll, Success Factors, Microsoft products (b) efficient upgrades and procurement to continue running the business with non-discretionary spend and (c) upgrade the technology stack and bring AI led or process-led modernity to demonstrate effective usage of capital and ROI.Responsibilities:Run the BusinessIncrease the enterprise adoption and effective utilization of the existing Technology Stack esp. SAP, Salesforce, Success FactorsReduce the Technology Debt by reducing the number of internal applications, removing redundancies and creating sunset plansImprove end-user satisfaction through ease of use, self-service, uploaders and API / micro-services that will reduce human error and improve system performanceEnable all internal reviews to happen on internal systemsImprove ROI and deliver measurable outcomes for delivery functions like FinOps, Recruitment and ECareRedue TCO through better negotiation with vendors and optimal outsourcingBring external vendors as needed with a clear ROIBuild a scalable IT team with a mix of internal talent and minimal outsourcingChange the businessBe an effective conduit between Business users and Technology team; able to capture business asks and solve them through technologyCapture needs for change – both automation and reimaginationIntroduce AI tools with clear productivity outcomeCreate an environment of embracing AI products – by demonstrating various stacks, introduce them effectively in day-to-day life of business users and helping them to embrace those tools / products / plug-insCreate reusable assets across Finance, HR, Sales, Account Management, MarketingMake various repetitive processes like annual budgeting, program management, financial reporting easy and efficient with demonstrate gains in productivity and reduction in time required from business usersLegacy modernizationData modernizationQualifications and Experience:Proven experience 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and technology operations.Proven experience managing SAP, Salesforce, or other Tier‑1 ERP/CRM platforms in complex, multi‑entity organizations.Strong background in data platforms, governance, analytics, and enabling AI‑ready infrastructure.Experience managing cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business continuity frameworks.Proven ability to manage technology budgets, vendor ecosystems, and ROI‑driven investment decisions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with executive presence.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies
