We provide strategic advice and transaction execution support, helping clients navigate complex deals and maximize value in an evolving market landscape.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an M&A Intern (4-6 months, starting January 2027) to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our deal team on financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation tasks related to M&A transactions. You will gain exposure to high-growth companies and investors, supporting strategic decision-making in live deals.Qualifications- Analytical skills and finance knowledge- Experience in due diligence and accounting practices- Understanding of investments and financial analysis- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields- Prior M&A experience preferred
