Provide strategic and professional guidance in the operation of formulation, R&D, and technical service delivery. He/she will be representing Japan in the global technical community and will be reporting to General Manager of Skretting Japan.Technical Management:Develop, drive, and implement the Skretting Japan strategies in the technical / formulation context based on the commercial strategyDevelop, drive and implement professional operation process in both formulation and R&D, and technical service delivery areasAlign with global and regional technical functions to drive the technical initiativesPromote technical innovation to the market together with marketing departmentDevelop annual planning/budgeting and control/optimize the formulationDefine technical standard and quality standard and ensure the qualified products produced together with quality departmentR&D:Develop professional R&D process to enhance the quality/efficiency of the outputDevelop R&D channels (including partnership with academia, government and third party labs) to drive the local R&D pipelineActs as a delegated sponsor in R&D studies and Comply with the rules and guidelines of the Stage-Gate processTechnical service delivery:Execute the technical service to the selected farmers to enhance their farming operationReview and enhance the technical service model to better support the farmers together with the marketing departmentTrain commercial members to enhance the technical competence of the sales/marketing departmentWho we're looking forLanguage:English・・・Business LevelJapanese・・・Native LevelWhat you'll receiveAs part of Skretting, you'll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with global footprint.
