Technology Operations Executive

Dubai, UAEAre you passionate about AI, automation, digital transformation, and turning business challenges into innovative technology solutions?We are looking for a Technology Operations Executive to join our Business Transformation team and play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions that create measurable business value. You will work across multiple business functions to assess opportunities, build MVPs and prototypes, and drive digital transformation initiatives from concept to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate opportunities to improve business performance through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.Gather business requirements and translate them into business cases, use cases, functional requirements, and implementation roadmaps.Build and manage pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), MVPs, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, and automation workflows.Conduct feasibility assessments covering business value, technical viability, data availability, scalability, and security considerations.Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, testing, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.Collaborate with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, and business teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.Support technology evaluations, vendor engagements, and solution recommendations.Monitor industry trends in AI, analytics, automation, IoT, and emerging technologies.Define and track success metrics, adoption KPIs, and business benefits.Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports for leadership stakeholders.What We're Looking ForQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field.Relevant certifications in AI, Power BI, Automation, Agile, Project Management, or Business Analysis are advantageous.Experience4+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, innovation, technology operations, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, or related fields.Experience developing business cases, managing pilots, and delivering dashboards, prototypes, or technology solutions.SkillsStrong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.Hands-on experience with AI tools, Power BI, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies.Knowledge of AI, analytics, cloud technologies, cybersecurity considerations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
