Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are partnering with a client who is seeking an experienced Technology Operations Supervisor, AV Services to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise audiovisual and collaboration technologies across a global office footprint. This role is ideal for a seasoned AV professional who combines deep technical expertise with proven people leadership experience.The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for supporting enterprise-scale AV and unified communications environments, drive technology initiatives and projects, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure a seamless end-user experience for meeting and collaboration technologies worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of AV and technology support professionals.Oversee the support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise AV systems across multiple global locations.Serve as a senior escalation point for complex AV, conferencing, and collaboration technology issues.Manage AV-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and technology refresh initiatives.Partner with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions.Ensure the reliability, performance, and user adoption of enterprise collaboration platforms.Support and optimize Zoom and unified communications technologies across the organization.Develop operational standards, processes, and documentation to improve service delivery.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners when required.Monitor technology trends and recommend enhancements to strengthen the employee experience.QualificationsRequired:5+ years of audiovisual technology experience in a corporate enterprise environment.2-3+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management, coaching, and performance development.Strong knowledge of enterprise AV systems, conferencing technologies, and collaboration platforms.Experience supporting large-scale, multi-office global environments.Expertise troubleshooting AV hardware, room technology, and unified communications solutions.Experience leading technology projects from planning through implementation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Experience supporting enterprise Zoom environments.Background working within financial services, professional services, consulting, or other complex corporate organizations.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Cisco collaboration technologies, and room-control systems.Experience managing global technology support operations.What We're Looking ForThis role is best suited for a leader first and technician second.
