Technology Recruiter

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London.This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. While the title reflects seniority, this is not a purely strategic or people-management position. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery.The roleDirect sourcing and pipeline generation for live rolesYou'll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product rolesMarket mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreachScreening, shortlisting, and managing candidates through early-stage hiringPartnering closely with hiring managers on role intake, priorities, and feedbackMaintaining a high-quality candidate experienceKeeping ATS data accurate and usableBringing senior-level judgement to delivery decisions and prioritisationWhat they are looking forSenior-level Talent Acquisition experienceIn-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded (previous agency experience is great though!)A Tech Recruitment backgroundStrong, demonstrable hands-on sourcing capabilityComfortable operating at pace in a delivery-focused environmentConfident stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadersHappy to be on site five days per weekRole detailsLocation: London, on site five days per weekRate: £400–£500 per dayContract: Inside IR35 (12 months)Start: ASAPPlease get in touch if you'd be interested in applying to this one!
