Technology Recruitment Consultant – Contract

Halian is growing its Technology Contract Recruitment team in Riyadh, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us.This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – developing new business, building client relationships, sourcing specialist technology contractors and growing your own desk across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.What You'll Be DoingBuild and develop a portfolio of technology contract clients across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.Generate new business and contract recruitment opportunities.Build relationships with enterprise organisations, government and semi-government entities, consultancies, system integrators and technology vendors.Own the full recruitment process from requirement qualification through to placement and onboarding.Source and headhunt specialist technology professionals across regional and international markets.Develop existing accounts and manage contractor extensions, renewals and redeployment.Build a specialist market across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, ServiceNow, Oracle and SAP, with AI, ServiceNow and Oracle/SAP being key areas of growth and particular interest to us.What We're Looking For2+ years' recruitment experience.Experience within technology/IT recruitment.Strong contract recruitment experience.Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.Experience recruiting across technology markets such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, ServiceNow, Oracle or SAP is highly desirable.A track record of winning business, building client relationships and making successful contract placements.Commercial, ambitious and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Saudi Arabian or wider Middle East recruitment experience is an advantage, but we're equally interested in experienced technology contract recruiters who are looking to relocate to Riyadh.Why Halian?Uncapped commission with no threshold.Clear career progression and development opportunities.Join our growing Riyadh office and play a key role in Halian's expansion across Saudi Arabia.Work with major clients and technology transformation programmes across the Middle East.Build and develop your own specialist technology contract market.Join an established international recruitment business with teams across the Middle East, Europe and the US.Ready to build your recruitment career in Saudi Arabia?
