Technology Recruitment Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to help lead the next stage of growth in London. Technology recruitment is already an established part of our offering and now we want to build on that success.You don’t need to be an established recruitment manager. If you’re a successful senior recruiter who has mentored others and is ready to step into leadership, we’d like to hear from you.You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have 20 years of brand equity and client relationships to build on, an existing Technology team and director to work alongside, fully trained graduate consultants (from our in-house training academy) joining the team and the infrastructure and support of an established recruitment business.The opportunityThis is a hands-on, commercial 360 recruitment role. You’ll build your own successful desk while helping shape and grow our London technology team.You’ll be responsible for:Managing and developing graduate consultants and growing the teamWinning new clients and developing existing relationshipsBuilding relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, People and Talent leadersIdentifying and developing high-growth specialist markets, including opportunities across AI and emerging technologyDeveloping retained, exclusive and higher-value client relationshipsWorking with our existing Tech leadership to shape the wider Technology recruitment strategyWhy Talentedge?This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career.
