HIRING: Technology Resilience Sr AnalystPosition: Technology Resilience Sr AnalystDuration: 1 Year + ExtensionJob Location: DubaiWe are looking for a Technology Resilience Sr Analyst to provide Technology Resilience Management SME support across Business Impact Analysis, threat assessments, resilience capability assessments, runbook and plan development, training, testing, and programme/stakeholder management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in technology or an appropriate field.7–10 years of overall experience.5–7 years of relevant experience.ISO 22301 certification.Disaster Recovery certification.Experience in Disaster Recovery, ISO 22301 implementations, and NCEMA Standard implementation.Aviation Industry and Project Management experience preferred.Key SkillsGRC ToolsMS OfficeProgramme ManagementStrategic ThinkingAnalytical SkillsWritten & Verbal CommunicationStakeholder ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Impact & Threat Assessments – 20%Define Technology Business Impact Analysis in conjunction with business and technology owners.Continuously improve the maturity of Technology Business Impact Analysis and align it with Corporate Business Impact Analysis.Develop the Technology Threat & Control Landscape with the Technology Risk team.Evaluate top technology threats and build recovery preparedness.Testing & Exercising – 20%Develop the Annual Training & Testing Calendar.Facilitate and coordinate Technology Resilience Exercises.Facilitate and coordinate planned Technology Resilience Tests.Train system owners on planning and executing resilience tests for applications/systems.Runbook & Plan Development – 20%Develop and maintain Technology Disruption Management Plans, including communication, coordination, escalation, and recovery strategies.Ensure alignment with the Corporate Incident Response Structure.Train system owners on developing Runbooks.Facilitate Runbook development for applications/systems.Resilience Strategy & Capability Assessment – 20%Conduct Technology Resilience Capability Assessments to identify gaps between recovery requirements and existing recovery capabilities.Apply the Technology Resilience Factor Framework across people, process, and technology.Support ad hoc Technology Resilience requests.Work with the Technology Risk team to document resilience risks in technology risk registers.Programme & Stakeholder Management – 20%Facilitate Quarterly Special Working Group meetings with the Technology Resilience Special Working Group.Track, monitor, and achieve annual programme milestones through project plans.Prepare management presentations for Business Technology, Senior Management, and Top Management.Maintain the SharePoint site and Tableau Dashboard based on annual programme activities.Interested candidates, please share your updated CV at:disha.kaushik@lancesoft.com
