Role Summary
Lead the technology function for critical banking applications, driving platform stability, digital transformation, application delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Core Banking and enterprise applications, including lending, wealth, and HR platformsDrive technology roadmap, modernization, and digital transformation initiativesLead application delivery, upgrades, releases, and production supportEnsure platform availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery readinessManage regulatory compliance, audits, and technology riskOversee vendor governance and stakeholder managementLead and mentor large technology teamsDesired candidate:18+ years of IT experience in Banking or Financial ServicesStrong experience managing Core Banking platforms (Finacle preferred)Exposure to lending and enterprise applicationsExperience leading large-scale technology transformation programsStrong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skillsEducation: Engineering graduate; MBA preferred
