Apply & track with Apply EdgeTechnology Trainer (French Speaking)Our prestigious US law firm client is seeking an experienced Technology Trainer who is fluent in English and French, to deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training, driving technology adoption and empowering users to get the most from the firm's evolving digital tools.What’s On Offer:COMPETITIVE SALARYHybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Superb employee benefitsFree in-office lunch once a week£100 monthly employee allowanceCity locationTechnology Trainer (French Speaking) – What You’ll Be Doing:Act as the primary technology training contact for the London, Paris and Hong Kong offices, supporting global training initiatives as requiredDeliver engaging instructor-led, virtual and one-to-one technology training for lawyers and business professionalsCollaborate with global training teams and business stakeholders to support technology adoption and new system rolloutsDevelop and maintain training materials, including user guides, videos, FAQs and e-learning contentPrepare and distribute technology training communications and learning resourcesRespond to technology training requests and provide user support where neededGather training feedback, monitor effectiveness and maintain learning records within the Learning Management SystemKeep up to date with new technologies, software enhancements and training best practicesSupport user acceptance testing and other technology implementation activitiesContribute to a collaborative global training team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleaguesTechnology Trainer (French Speaking) – What We’re Looking For:4+ years’ IT Training experience gained in a professional services environment, ideally law firm experienceProfessional verbal and written fluency in both English and French are essential for this roleConfident presenter with experience delivering classroom, virtual and one-to-one trainingProficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems such as NetDocumentsExperience creating e-learning content using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or Adobe Captivate is advantageous
