Technology Training & Staff Development Specialist - 3-to-6 years experience

Our client, a progressive mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Technology Training Specialist to join its New York team. This role is designed for someone who enjoys being directly involved in training people, whether individually, in small groups, or in classroom settings, and helping professionals become more effective and confident using technology.The ideal candidate will have three to six years of hands-on technology training experience within a law firm, accounting or consulting firm, other professional services organization, or corporate environment. Experience should include personally conducting training rather than primarily administering or coordinating training programs.The Specialist will provide individual and group technology training, lead technology onboarding for new hires, develop practical training materials, and help introduce new software, applications, and AI tools. Working closely with IT and firm leadership, this person will play an active role in helping attorneys and staff adopt and effectively use the firm's technology.Candidates should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and commonly used business technology. Experience with document management, billing, or other law firm systems is helpful but not required. The strongest candidates will be engaging communicators who can take technology that may seem complicated and teach it in a practical, approachable way.Compensation includes salary ($80K to $100K+), is bonus eligible and is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
