Technology Training Specialist

Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor led training for commercially available and proprietary software applications.Plan and develop documentation, training videos, and instructional design modules for commercially available and proprietary software applications.Communicate with the Contract Manager on project plans, status, and updates for each assignment.Develop technical documentation for commercially available and proprietary software (Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, content for the web, etc.).Develop video and interactive recorded training to support technical processes.Coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
