Technology Transfer Engineer (Senior Level)Location: MA | Duration: ~12 Months | Remote (Preference for 2 Days/Week Onsite) Support the transfer of a commercial auto-injector manufacturing platform to a new manufacturing partner. This role will serve as the key assembly subject matter expert, ensuring successful technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, and production scale-up within a regulated medical device environment.Lead and support the transfer of a multi-component auto-injector assembly process onto new production linesServe as the primary technical liaison for assembly-related technology transfer activitiesProvide expertise in high-volume automated assembly, troubleshooting, and manufacturing process optimizationReview technical documentation, specifications, and manufacturing requirements to ensure accurate knowledge transferSupport assembly line startup, scale-up, and readiness activities targeting high-volume productionIdentify and resolve technical gaps between manufacturing sites, systems, and quality processes

Key Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, auto-injector assembly expertise, medical device technology transfer experience, high-volume plastic assembly knowledge, assembly line startup experience, and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
