We're building the UAE's go-to platform for vehicle inspection, auction, and resale.About the RoleWe're looking for an energetic Tele Caller to be the first point of contact for our leads. You'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective car sellers, managing the lead pipeline, and converting leads into scheduled inspections — the first step in bringing vehicles into our auction process.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with incoming leads (car sellers looking to sell their vehicles)Explain Caartl's process, value proposition, and answer basic pricing/process queriesQualify leads and schedule vehicle inspections with the inspection teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM/trackerFollow up consistently on pending/uncommitted leads to maximize conversionCoordinate with the inspection and buying team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leadsTrack daily call volume, conversions, and inspection bookings; report to managementHandle basic objections and rescheduling requests professionallyRequirements1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead conversion (automotive experience a plus)Excellent phone communication and persuasion skillsTarget-driven with a high volume of daily outbound callsComfortable using CRM/lead management toolsPatient, organized, and consistent with follow-upsEnglish mandatory; Arabic and/or Hindi preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFast-growing company with clear growth path into senior lead management/sales rolesDynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
