The team values empathy, integrity, and client-centric service, creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.Role Description The Tele Counsellor will provide career guidance and counseling to clients primarily over phone and online channels, with occasional in-person interactions at the Noida office. This full-time hybrid role involves assessing client needs, discussing career interests and goals, and recommending suitable education or career pathways. The Tele Counsellor will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on inquiries, and support clients through decision-making and application processes. The role includes scheduling and managing appointments, handling incoming queries, and collaborating with the counseling team to improve services and resources.Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.Ability to conduct structured telephonic and online counseling sessions, including needs assessment and career guidance.Basic computer and telecommunication skills, including familiarity with CRM or counseling management tools.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client cases and follow-ups efficiently.Empathy, patience, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive client information and decisions.Prior experience in career counseling, academic advising, or customer support is an advantage.Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Noida, with flexibility for both office and work-from-home arrangements.
