We are aggressively onboarding a high-energy, relentless Female Junior Tele-Sales & Executive Assistant to anchor our business operations and sales pipelines.Key Operational Responsibilities:- Conduct high-velocity outbound B2B corporate sales calls via Zoho CRM to promote, pitch, and close our diverse range of technology solutions and automation packages.- Act as the central operations and organizational anchor, directly assisting the CEO in organizing daily tasks, mapping client ideas, and tracking project statuses.- Manage freelance field engineering technician deployment schedules and coordinate client onboarding timelines.- Dispatch professional estimates, and digital contracts, and track client payments and deposits through Zoho Books.Requirements & Candidate Profile:- Highly professional verbal fluency, sharp presentation skills, and strong negotiation capabilities in English.- Driven, target-hungry mindset with absolute comfort making daily outbound corporate sales and cold/warm calls.- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a strong ability to manage software boards and coordinate teams.- Immediate availability to start full-time with zero notice period.- Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle is an advantage but NOT mandatory for this office-based anchor role.Benefits:- Competitive junior fixed base salary (2,500 AED - 3,500 AED based on profile and experience evaluation).- Aggressive, uncapped sales commission structure on closed corporate accounts and service bundles.- Complete operational support and training using our premium Zoho One cloud infrastructure.
