We are looking for a confident and organized professional who can conduct telephone surveys while creating a positive respondent experience.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Telecaller / Survey Assistant to conduct telephone surveys, collect customer feedback, verify information, and accurately record responses in internal systems.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured questionnaires and research guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, survey participants, prospects, or designated contact lists.Introduce surveys clearly, explain their purpose, and obtain appropriate participation according to approved procedures.Conduct structured telephone interviews using questionnaires, scripts, and survey guidelines.Ask questions accurately without influencing or leading respondents.Record responses, comments, demographic information, and relevant feedback accurately.Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful tone throughout every interaction.Verify customer or respondent information where authorized and required.Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to different respondent situations.Handle questions, objections, refusals, and difficult conversations professionally.Schedule callbacks and follow up with respondents when required.Maintain accurate call records, dispositions, contact information, and survey completion status.Enter collected information into CRM, survey, spreadsheet, or data-entry systems.Review submitted responses for completeness, consistency, and obvious data-entry errors.Escalate technical issues, complaints, sensitive cases, or unusual responses to supervisors.Maintain confidentiality of respondent information, contact details, survey responses, and research data.Follow approved call times, contact-frequency limits, privacy requirements, and organizational procedures.Meet agreed daily or weekly call, completion, quality, and accuracy targets.Participate in quality-assurance reviews and coaching sessions.Provide feedback on recurring respondent questions, survey difficulties, and potential improvements to scripts.Assist with basic data cleaning and preparation of survey information for reporting.Support customer-feedback and market-research projects across different industries.Maintain professional standards when communicating with respondents from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.Follow applicable privacy, data-protection, research, and customer-communication policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telephone surveys, market research, call-center operations, or customer engagement is preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional language skills are advantageous, particularly Arabic, French, Mandarin, Hindi, or other widely spoken languages.Confident, clear, friendly, and professional telephone manner.Strong listening and questioning skills.Ability to follow scripts, questionnaires, procedures, and research protocols accurately.Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.Ability to handle rejection, objections, and repetitive calls professionally.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable working with CRM systems, survey platforms, spreadsheets, email, and basic office software.Ability to maintain respondent confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Previous experience with market-research surveys, customer-satisfaction surveys, lead qualification, or outbound campaigns is advantageous.Experience using tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is advantageous.Customer-service, market-research, sales, or communications certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours within a fully remote customer-engagement and research environment.Competitive compensation aligned with experience, communication skills, and project responsibilities.Opportunity to develop expertise in telephone research, customer engagement, survey administration, and data collection.Exposure to diverse market-research projects, customer-feedback programs, and business intelligence initiatives.Professional development opportunities and continuous learning in communication, research methods, customer experience, and digital tools.A supportive environment where professionalism, accuracy, respectful communication, data quality, and respondent experience are highly valued.
