Job Role: Telecalling ExecutiveIndustry: Business Consulting CompanyLocation: DIFC, DubaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 2,500/month + incentivesBenefits: Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Flight Tickets, and Annual LeaveExperience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferred.Job Role:One of our client is looking for a Telecalling Executive to generate qualified business leads for their Digital Marketing, Business Automation, and Exhibition verticals in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Make the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to prospective businesses.Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch our products and services.Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.Promote our Digital Marketing solutions, Business Automation products, and Exhibition services.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.Follow up with prospects and nurture potential business opportunities.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.Requirements:1+ year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferred.Good communication and convincing skills.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.Strong target-oriented and proactive approach.Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE business market will be an advantage.
