The Candidate must have strong telecommunications background and having experience of Industrial Telecom Rollout/Swap Projects implementation Management. Strong capabilities to handle their staff, work under pressure and to communicate with the customer and management proficiently. To become a Telecommunications Project Manager, you should have the experience in handling the telecom projects along with knowledge in communication, networking, and engineering. Another essential characteristic which you must possess about people management along with customer service, and it is a not a joke irrespective of your degree or any other education.ResponsibilitiesManage and review project submittals through to customer approval.Develop, manage, and continuously update project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables.Review project documentation and recommend effective technical and operational approaches to improve the functionality and performance of industrial telecom systems.Lead the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of telecommunications projects.Guide and coordinate project team members to ensure successful project delivery.Identify and allocate the appropriate resources, assets, and manpower required for project execution.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed requirements, enabling other business functions to proceed smoothly.Manage project risks, challenges, and changes, while ensuring lessons learned are documented and shared across the team.Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.Prepare project reports, manage invoicing, and ensure proper project closeout.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.PMP certification is required/preferred.5–7 years of experience in industrial telecommunications projects.Telecom / IT professional certifications and training are an advantage.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English.Arabic language skills are an advantage.Strong skills in Project Management, Project Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable management.Experience working with technology vendors and partners.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including PMI and Agile, is beneficial.
