Telecom Regulatory & Contract SpecialistCompany: PrimeRoute Telecom LTDLocation: Remote — WorldwideEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 5+ yearsSalary: USD $1,500–$3,000/month — negotiable based on experienceAbout the RolePrimeRoute Telecom LTD is looking for an experienced Telecom Regulatory & Contract Specialist to support our international carrier interconnection and wholesale telecom operations.The successful candidate will work closely with our Carrier Relations, Technical and Management teams to manage regulatory requirements, KYB/KYC documentation, commercial agreements and carrier onboarding across multiple international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and monitor telecom regulatory requirements in different countries.Support direct MNO and international carrier onboarding.Review and prepare telecom-related commercial agreements.Handle NDA, MSA, Interconnection Agreement and other wholesale agreements.Coordinate KYB/KYC and corporate documentation with carriers.Review carrier terms, payment conditions, liability, SLA and termination clauses.Identify regulatory and contractual risks before agreements are signed.Coordinate with legal counsel when specialized legal advice is required.Maintain a database of regulatory requirements and carrier documentation.Support compliance requirements related to international voice and SMS traffic.Work with technical teams to ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are reflected in interconnection setup.Keep management informed about regulatory changes affecting our target markets.Requirements5+ years of experience in telecom regulatory affairs, telecom contracts, carrier operations, or wholesale telecommunications.Strong understanding of MNOs, telecom operators, carrier interconnection and wholesale services.Experience reviewing or managing telecom commercial agreements.Knowledge of international telecom regulatory frameworks.Strong understanding of KYB/KYC and compliance documentation.Excellent English communication and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and contract-review skills.Ability to work independently with international teams and carriers.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with:Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)International Telecom CarriersWholesale VoiceA2P SMS / SMS WholesaleSIP/VoIP InterconnectionTelecom Regulatory AuthoritiesCarrier AgreementsInternational Telecom ComplianceExperience across Europe, Middle East, Africa or Asia will be an advantage.What We OfferFully remote position — work from anywhere in the world.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work directly with international telecom carriers.Long-term career opportunity within a growing telecom company.International working environment.ImportantThis is a telecom-focused regulatory and commercial contracts position, not a general corporate legal role.Candidates with practical experience in telecom regulation, carrier agreements, interconnection and wholesale telecom operations will receive priority.To apply, please submit your CV/LinkedIn profile and briefly describe your telecom regulatory and contract experience.
