The company leverages the latest communication technologies to meet diverse customer needs and also provides COW (Cell on Wheels) solutions for sale and rental, supporting a wide range of telecom projects across the region.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Telecommunications Engineer to manage and follow up on the implementation of telecommunications projects, ensuring that site activities are carried out according to approved designs, technical requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.The candidate will be responsible for monitoring contractors and subcontractors during implementation, reviewing telecom designs, coordinating site activities, inspecting completed works, and taking formal handover (HO) from contractors upon successful completion of the work.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on the day-to-day implementation of telecommunications projects at site.Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed according to approved designs, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.Review telecom designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation and identify any discrepancies or required changes before and during implementation.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved designs.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, customers, and project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.Verify that installed telecom equipment, cabling, antennas, power systems, transmission equipment, and other related works comply with project requirements.Track project progress against the approved schedule and report delays, issues, and required corrective actions.Review and verify contractors' completed work before accepting the installation.Conduct site inspections and prepare punch lists for incomplete or defective works.Follow up with contractors on closing punch-list items and ensure all works are completed to the required standard.Take formal handover (HO) from contractors after confirming that the site has been completed and meets the required technical and quality standards.Review and collect as-built drawings, test reports, inspection reports, photographs, and other handover documentation.Coordinate with the customer and internal project teams during acceptance and handover activities.Ensure proper documentation of site progress, completed works, technical issues, and project status.Support commissioning, testing, integration, and final acceptance activities when required.Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements and site procedures.Provide regular implementation and progress updates to project management.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in telecommunications project implementation, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Practical experience in telecom site implementation and contractor supervision.Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including 4G/5G, transmission, microwave, fiber optics, antennas, telecom power systems, and related infrastructure.Experience reviewing telecom designs and drawings and ensuring their correct implementation at site.Experience in contractor management and site acceptance/handover.Ability to identify technical issues and coordinate effectively with contractors and customers to resolve them.Good knowledge of project documentation, inspection procedures, punch lists, and as-built documentation.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when required.Philippine nationality is preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience working with major telecom operators, system integrators, or telecom contractors.Experience with Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, or similar telecom equipment.Knowledge of 4G/5G network infrastructure and telecom transmission systems.Experience with site surveys, implementation inspections, testing, commissioning, and acceptance.Familiarity with telecom project quality and HSE requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.Key CompetenciesStrong site management and follow-up skillsTechnical and design review capabilitiesContractor and subcontractor managementProblem-solving and decision-makingAttention to detailStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple sites/projectsCommitment to quality, safety, and project deadlinesEmployment TypeFull-Time
