MantraCare offers integrated solutions for employers, insurers, and healthcare systems, delivering 40–50% cost savings while improving health outcomes and engagement.Role Description This is a part-time, remote telehealth role supporting individuals across mental health, chronic conditions, and general wellness within MantraCare’s AI-enabled care ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting virtual consultations, reviewing AI-generated assessments, developing and updating care plans, and coordinating follow-up visits. The role involves documenting sessions in digital systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary providers, and providing timely, evidence-based guidance to clients. Team members also contribute feedback on AI tools, support continuous improvement of care protocols, and maintain high standards of privacy, safety, and professional ethics.Qualifications Clinical expertise in telehealth or virtual care, with experience supporting mental health, chronic disease management, or wellness.Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and secure messaging tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain complex information clearly, and work with diverse populations.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., mental health professional, nurse, dietitian, physician associate, or equivalent) according to local regulations.Experience with employer or payer-based healthcare programs is beneficial, as is familiarity with AI-supported or data-driven care models.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and adherence to privacy, security, and ethical standards.
