The Telephone Interviewer will conduct structured phone interviews with candidates, following established scripts and guidelines to gather relevant information about experience, skills, and suitability for specific roles. The role involves accurately recording interview responses, updating candidate records in internal systems, and providing clear summaries to recruitment consultants or hiring managers. The Telephone Interviewer will schedule calls, manage daily interview targets, and follow up with candidates when additional information is needed. The role also includes maintaining professional and respectful communication, adhering to confidentiality standards, and contributing feedback to improve interview processes.Salary: AED 30000 to AED 36000 p.a. + performance incentives + annual bonusVisa can be providedAbility to make 100+ calls per dayQualificationsStrong verbal communication and active listening skills for conducting clear, structured telephone interviews.Ability to take accurate notes, maintain organized records, and use basic computer and CRM or applicant tracking systems.Customer service mindset with a professional, respectful, and gender-neutral approach to interacting with candidates and clients.Time management skills to handle high call volumes, meet daily targets, and prioritize interview schedules effectively.Attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards when handling candidate information.Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.Previous experience in telephone interviewing, call center work, recruitment support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in HR, Business, or Communications is beneficial.Minimum 2years experience in sales of banking services, FOREX, insurance, telecom services, real estate can applyAbility to make high volume calls & data entry in MS Office, ERP, CRM
